We know it's been a testing season on and off the pitch for our boys but, even in adversity, there have been some stand out performers.

Now we are looking to you - our members - to choose the winner of the Paul Madeley Memorial Award for Player of the Season 2021-22. Last season it was Raphinha who walked away with the prize but competition to land this season's award is likely to be fierce.

To help with what is always a difficult decision, the LUST Board members were asked to nominate their top fives for the current campaign.

Voting was close amongst the Board but the players that made up our shortlist are, in no particular order:
