Have Your Say on Season Ticket Renewals

We may be less than half way through the current campaign but the the club are already looking ahead to 2024-25 and will soon be discussing pricing for next year’s season tickets.

The Supporters’ Advisory Board expect to talk with club representatives about season tickets for our next campaign early in the new year. We will be part of those discussions and aim to put across fans’ views.

We have put together a list of points to raise with the club but would also like to hear from you with any thoughts to share on your behalf.

Here are the topics we’d like to see addressed before season ticket prices are set for 2024/25.

  • Will season ticket prices be based on us being in the Championship or the Premier League? Given our current status we wouldn’t expect a rise in prices.

  • Why do we have a jump in prices for 16-18 year olds when the vast majority of that age group will remain in full-time education? Many clubs, including  Blackburn, Wolves, Sheffield United and Newcastle, do not increase prices until children reach 18.

  • Do the club have any plans to align season ticket prices across the board

  • Will the club be able to provide early notice of renewal dates to allow  people to budget accordingly?

  • Can the ticket office ensure season ticket holders get regular reminders on renewals?

  • What are the finance costs and APR for those using the credit options? Do we expect to use the same provider?

  • Could the club consider an option for fans to use Paypal instead of a credit facility.

  • Can the club give more clarity on what those on the Season Ticket Waiting List can expect? Will they receive priority once the planned stadium improvements are carried out?

The above list is not exhaustive so if you want to get in touch with points you’d like the club to tackle then please complete the attached form and return to us by January 1, 2024.
