It was an honour to be asked to be the Chair and Independent Scrutineer for the 2019 Leeds United Supporters’ Trust Board elections.

Eight vacancies were declared; three nominations were received.

Therefore, as the Independent Scrutineer, and in line with rule 8.3 of the Election Policy, I declare those three nominees appointed subject to an individual affirmative ballot of each nominee at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 14th December.

Those who the AGM will be asked to affirm are as follows: Graham Hyde; Steve White; and James Lund.

As part of my role I am required to report whether the current Society Election Rules Regulations and Procedures and the Society Constitution were adhered to. I am satisfied they were in a fair and equitable way.
