Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Leeds United Supporters’ Trust will be held on Thursday, 28th November 2024 at 6:30pm via a Zoom call.

Notice of Elections
There will be 8 vacancies on the Trust Board. An Election Pack and Nominations Form accompanies this notice which must be completed and returned (with the candidate’s statement) to the Election Management Group at elections@leedsunitedtrust.com with the subject line “TRUST ELECTION NOMINATION” by Wednesday 20th November 2024. Members interested in standing will find information about the available roles in the election pack.
Should there be 8 or less candidates for the vacancies, there will not be a formal ballot of members but instead those people validly nominated will be put to the Annual General Meeting for an affirmative vote.
Call for Resolutions
In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Trust Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting. Such a resolution must be submitted to the Secretary by Wednesday 20th November 2024 with the subject “TRUST RESOLUTION PROPOSAL”. Please send any proposals to the Trust Secretary at info@leedsunitedtrust.com with the name and email address of another member who seconds your proposal. The full agenda will be published on the 21st November.
